what is your refund policy?We have a 14 day refund policy. My Package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?Please make sure to submit the right information such as the correct address. We Are Not Responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. We will do our very best to help find and retrieve your package but once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we ship it the liability is between you and USPS. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you have yet to receive your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

We will be selling a bit of 10k gold later on and some silver items as well so make sure to look and read our description of the items that you are planning to purchase. Of course taking extra precautions should preserve your jewelry a lot longer such as being around harsh chemicals such as chlorine and household cleaners with acids, as with repeated exposure it can weaken your gold's jewelry structure.
